What You'll Do:- Handle incoming calls with the highest level of courtesy.
- Navigate the ERP system to answer customer queries efficiently.
- Process orders accurately by understanding customers' purchase orders.
- Handle customer complaints and seek necessary help for resolution
What We Need:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in basic computer skills
- Good organization skills with the ability to work independently
- Regular attendance and punctuality
- Experience with Quick Books is a plus
- Bilingual candidates are welcomed
