Job Description
Are you a natural communicator with meticulous attention to detail and a passion for customer service? We have an exciting opportunity in Chicago.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service, keenly understanding and documenting client needs.
- Manage the order process end-to-end, from collecting customer details to monitoring order statuses.
- Provide product recommendations and share detailed information to both prospective and existing customers.
- Foster customer trust by arranging sample orders when needed.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff and route salesmen to ensure timely order processing.
- Create detailed invoices and shipping documents.
- Address customer queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Accurately enter customer data and communicate effectively, preferably in both English and Spanish.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in data entry and customer service.
- Fluent in English; bilingual abilities in Spanish are a significant plus.
- Proven track record of providing top-tier customer service.
- Ability to handle client interactions with empathy and professionalism.
