Your New Opportunity:
Join our team at a leading furniture manufacturer in Chicago Heights. We're seeking dedicated and flexible individuals for General Labor positions.
Tasks that you could be assigned to:
- Operate various machines and hand tools, including drills and presses.- Prepare workstations for welders, and assist in assembly tasks.- Pack and unpack items, clean work areas, and handle material loading/unloading.- Be adaptable, ready to help where needed, and quick to adjust to changes.
What We Expect:
- Compliance with safety protocols, including wearing appropriate clothing, PPE, steel-toe shoes, and face masks.
- Capability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout your shift.
- Dedication to meet daily production rates and willingness to work overtime, including weekends, if necessary.
- Excellent attendance, performance, and work ethic.
