IT Support Technician - First Responder to Technological Challenges!

Your Role:

  • Tech Troubleshooter: Address technical glitches, hardware/software issues, and be the go-to for all tech-related questions.
  • Customer-Centric: Deliver unparalleled customer service; own and address challenges to guarantee end-user satisfaction.
  • System Steward: Install, maintain, and manage our local computer systems while ensuring optimal performance and security.
  • Security Guardian: Spearhead our network security initiatives, creating accounts, managing passwords, and ensuring optimal performance.
  • Documentation Developer: Craft and maintain essential IT guides, instructions, and procedures.
  • Asset Administrator: Oversee the inventory of our tech arsenal, from computers to phones.


What We Seek:

  • Educational Expertise: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
  • Proven Proficiency: At least two years in IT support roles, with a mastery over OS like Windows, Linux, and Mac OS X.
  • Networking Know-how: Solid understanding of IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, etc.
  • Communication Connoisseur: Adept in both verbal and written communication, paired with top-notch problem-solving skills.
  • Reliable transportation
  • Long-term eligibility
