Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor employee shift schedules, promoting punctuality and regular attendance.
• Foster open communication with team members, promptly and effectively resolving concerns.
• Prioritize needs and operational requirements with a sense of urgency.
• Cultivate a positive work environment that encourages employee engagement and motivation.
• Ensure the factory maintains its required workforce number.

What Makes You Stand Out:

• Prior experience in the Staffing Industry, preferably in a Supervisory role.
• Stellar communication abilities, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish.
