- Captain our transport operations - you'll run the ship.
- Master the art of dock scheduling - both incoming and outgoing.
- Be the point person for pickups - keep things moving smoothly.
- Dispatch important documents (BOL, POD) to our valued customers.
- Tackle UPS shipping labels - let your organizational skills shine.
- Be the maestro of FedEx systems - orchestrate pickups and label creation.
- Deliver bills of ladings to customers - you're the final link in our chain.
- Audit transportation costs and invoices - keep us on track and on budget.
- Deliver top-notch customer service - because they deserve nothing less.
Requirements
If you have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the warehouse and logistics field you're a good candidate. Solid understanding of supply chain management is a must. Supervisory skills, excellent communication, and organization skills, along with problem-solving abilities are critical. Bilingualism is a big plus, but not a deal-breaker. Most importantly, your customer service skills will be the icing on the cake.
