Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team, responsible for assembling and repairing metal components using various welding techniques. This role requires out-of-state travel and the completion of a welding test and interview prior to employment.

- Apply MIG, TIG, and arc welding techniques to join metal components according to specified quality standards.
- Assemble and repair metal components, ensuring precision and durability.
- Read and interpret blueprints and welding instructions to determine the appropriate welding methods.
- Inspect completed welds to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
- Set up, operate, and maintain welding equipment with a focus on safety.
- Travel out of state as needed to complete welding projects.
- Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment.
- Proven experience in MIG, TIG, or arc welding.
- Ability to travel out of state for work assignments.
- Must pass a welding test and interview as part of the hiring process.
- Strong knowledge of welding standards and safety procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Physical stamina to handle heavy equipment and work in various positions.
