Responsibilities & Tasks
- Dynamic Role: From giving breaks to creating labels and wrapping palletized loads, versatility is key.
- Train to Excel: Complete training in procedures, equipment, and safety to master your craft.
- Clean & Maintain: Dedication to equipment care including cleaning, degreasing, and lube filling.
- Visual Excellence: Perform inspections to maintain product quality.
- Adapt & Overcome: Ability to operate multiple pieces of equipment and tackle various tasks including unjamming grinders.
- Physical Requirements: Lifting, installing roll shafts, and feeding material through thermoform and trim press.
Qualifications & Experience
- Industry Expertise: Minimum of three years in plastics processing equipment (thermoforms).
- Communication Savvy: Effectiveness in both written and verbal communication.
- Technical Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude, ability to read and operate micrometers.
- A good attendance record is vital.
- Own transportation and Stee-Toe-Boots
