Job Description
Looking to take your warehouse coordination skills to the next level? We’re hiring a Warehouse Coordinator to support daily operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and documentation. If you’re experienced in warehouse tasks, have excellent communication skills, and are committed to safety and efficiency, this role is for you!
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate forklifts to load, unload, and move products within the warehouse.
- Track inventory levels and manage stock using MRP systems (SAP, Infor M3).
- Oversee shipping and receiving processes, ensuring accurate order fulfillment.
- Coordinate with carriers and vendors for timely deliveries and pickups.
- Organize and maintain documentation related to shipments and inventory.
- Set and manage appointments with carriers and vendors.
- Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document processing.
- Support inventory cycle counts and audits.
- Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager to improve processes and maintain safety standards.
- Forklift certification required.
- Experience with MRP systems preferred.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to stand, walk, stoop, and bend frequently.
- Own transportation required.
