Job Description
Join our manufacturing team as an Inspector/Packer, where you will play an important role in inspecting, trimming, and packaging finished products. This position requires attention to detail, manual dexterity, and a strong commitment to safety, cleanliness, and product quality.
Responsibilities
2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
Pay: $17.00 per hour
3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
Pay: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure quality standards are met.
- Trim excess material using knives, punches, reamers, or spin-trimming equipment.
- Pack products into the appropriate cartons.
- Use caps, sides, and banding to secure products for safe transportation.
- Monitor machine operations and report any issues to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain ink trays and glue tanks, filling them as needed.
- Complete required paperwork accurately, including labels and product information.
- Keep the production area clean, safe, and organized.
- Follow all company safety procedures.
- Wear required protective equipment, including hairnets, safety glasses, earplugs, and gloves.
- Previous manufacturing or production experience is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and good vision for product inspection.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds continuously and up to 50 pounds frequently.
- Comfortable working near moving machinery.
- Must be able to work in an environment with heat, noise, and dust.
- Ability to safely use trimming tools and equipment.
- Must follow all quality and safety procedures.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Must be available to work the selected shift.
