Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough cleaning and sanitizing of all food production machinery and tools after production.
- Regularly sweep, mop, and maintain production floors and surfaces, ensuring a clean and germ-free workspace.
- Handle waste disposal and recycling tasks with precision.
- Manage and store cleaning chemicals responsibly while adhering to all safety protocols.
- Participate in comprehensive deep-cleaning sessions throughout the facility, focusing on hard-to-reach areas.
- Perform consistent sanitation checks to maintain high cleanliness standards in the production area.
- Quickly report any hygiene concerns or potential risks to management.
- Strictly follow all company and regulatory sanitation guidelines.
- Strong commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform tasks involving lifting, bending, and carrying up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to use heavy-duty cleaning equipment and materials.
- Ability to understand and follow safety and sanitation instructions.
- Previous sanitation experience in a food production environment is preferred but not required.
- Reliable personal transportation is required.
