Your Main Responsibilities
- Responding swiftly and smoothly to incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence, making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Crafting, updating, and managing records, documents, and files.- Leveraging Microsoft Office applications to prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations that dazzle.
- Handling data entry and database management with careful attention to detail.
- Coordinating and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events
- Assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks and expense tracking.
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages, being the trusted link between your office and the outside world.
Your Skills and Experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent fluency in spoken and written English - be your office's voice and pen.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- At least 1 year of experience in an office environment – you know the ropes, and you’re ready to climb.
- Proficiency in operating various office equipment, ensuring our office stays in sync.
