Job Description
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Production and Shipping Associate to join our team. This role involves a variety of labor-intensive tasks crucial for maintaining efficient, safe, and clean operations in our production facility, thereby meeting our customers' needs.
Responsibilities:
- Adhere to all safety and health policies.
- Assist with moving pallets, lifting and moving boxes, and disposing of garbage.
- Participate in the processing of meat, including moving, cutting, and packing.
- Handle palletizing duties, moving boxes, pallets, and racks as needed.
- Work on the packaging line, packaging products efficiently.
- Operate simple material handling equipment, hand tools, and power tools.
- Sort, inspect, label, and ensure products meet high-quality standards.
- Perform general production duties as required.
- Complete all necessary records and reports as assigned.
Requirements:
- Willingness to work early and late hours, including 12-hour shifts and Saturdays.
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
- Capable of freely moving in all departments, bending, squatting, and walking up stairs.
- Ability to work in cold environments
