Your Role:

• Maintenance Mastermind: Collaborate with the maintenance supervisor and production team, orchestrating work orders, and preventive maintenance schedules that work in harmony with production.
• Project Handling: Spearhead maintenance improvement projects, bringing in innovation and efficacy.
• Documentation & Storeroom Management: Dive deep into manuals and schematics to formulate effective maintenance strategies, manage storeroom inventory, and ensure technicians have all they need.
• Vendor & Supply Chain Communication: Engage with vendors to ensure a streamlined flow of necessary parts and tools.
• Safety & Quality Adherence: Ensure every maintenance task meets the highest standards of safety, quality, and food safety requirements.

What We Seek:

• Experienced Eye: Two years in roles related to equipment, maintenance planning, or storeroom management.
• Tech-savvy Talent: Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with operations software systems like CMMS.
• Bilingual Bonus: English and Spanish proficiency preferred.
