We are looking for a hands-on Production Lead to support daily manufacturing operations and ensure production runs smoothly, efficiently, and safely. This role plays a key part in coordinating teams, maintaining quality standards, and supporting overall production performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Support daily production schedules and ensure materials and equipment are ready
- Coordinate tasks among production staff to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime
- Monitor production flow, line performance, and staffing needs
- Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and GMP standards
- Identify and escalate any quality, safety, or operational issues
- Assist with inventory accuracy and production documentation
- Collaborate with maintenance for equipment performance and repairs
- Support training, onboarding, and performance monitoring of team members
- Step in for the Production Supervisor when needed
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Bilingual: English and Spanish
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends
