Join our team in Chicago as an Account Project Coordinator for a company located 5 min. away from our Kedzie Office. This role supports our Account Management team to maintain and enhance client relationships within the Point of Purchase (POP) industry.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate various projects/orders, reports, and communications for the Account Management Team.- Assist in generating orders, estimate requests, and design requests alongside Sales and Account Management.- Process shipping memos and collaborate with the shipping department to dispatch client prototypes and other items.- Track job bookings and budget statuses on daily reports.- Support the project management team and the Director of Account Management as needed.- Engage in client correspondence and potentially visit stores/sites to ensure project requirements are met.
Requirements
- Detailed and highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel; capable of creating and maintaining detailed documents and spreadsheets.- Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to interact with all organizational levels.- Numerical and mechanical aptitude with strong reasoning, negotiation, and proactive problem-solving skills.- Able to sit at a computer for extended periods.- Capable of reaching and lifting, including above shoulder heights and below the waist, up to 25 lbs.
