Job Description
We are looking for a bilingual Administrative & Operations Assistant (English and Spanish) to support key areas of our company. This role combines assisting suppliers and visitors with administrative and operational tasks, ensuring a well-organized and efficient work environment. We seek a proactive, organized individual with strong communication skills. Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist suppliers and visitors with professionalism and courtesy.
- Support administrative tasks such as document management, emails, and reports.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Coordinate the distribution of equipment and supplies, ensuring proper use.
- Assist supervisors and the production team with operational tasks as needed.
- Handle inquiries and facilitate communication between departments.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to support different areas.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of office tools.
