Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with safety processes and standards.
  • Meticulously inspect products, ensuring alignment with customer expectations.
  • Operate and manage blending equipment effectively, making necessary adjustments for optimal output.
  • Maintain pristine cleanliness standards for the blender and surrounding workspace.
  • Train newcomers, imparting valuable skills and knowledge to uphold our production standards.
  • Address and report any safety concerns or operational issues to management.


What We Seek:

  • A background in manufacturing, preferably in the food industry.
  • Mechanically inclined with knowledge of machine operations.
  •  1+ years of machine operator experience.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and perform basic maintenance tasks.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a huge plus.
  • Reliable transportation
  • Long-term eligibility
