- Collaborate with warehouse staff and route salesmen to ensure timely order processing.
- Create detailed invoices and shipping documents.
- Address customer queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Accurately enter customer data and communicate effectively, preferably in both English and Spanish.
- At least 1 year of experience in data entry and customer service.
- Fluent in English; bilingual abilities in Spanish are a significant plus.
- Proven track record of providing top-tier customer service.
- Ability to handle client interactions with empathy and professionalism.
