Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with regulations and handle reporting
- Manage employee relations and communication effectively
- Manage staff and update records
- Prepare HR communications for employees, including forms, slides, and team collaborations
- Assist in performance management and staffing plans
- Support various HR activities and duties as required
Requirements:
- Bilingual in Spanish/English for verbal and written communications
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR role or associate in a manufacturing/retail setting
- Flexibility in work schedule
