Job Description
We’re hiring Blender Operators to ensure the accurate blending of ingredients and efficient operation of production equipment. If you’re experienced in blending processes and committed to safety, quality, and food standards, this role is for you.
Responsibilities:

- Ensure compliance with safety processes and procedures.
- Measure and blend ingredients according to batch sheet instructions.
- Inspect products to verify conformance with customer specifications.
- Operate auxiliary equipment like weigh scales and conveyor systems.
- Maintain blender and equipment in a sanitary condition.
- Recommend improvements for equipment performance and product quality.
- Analyze production problems and assist in solving them.
- Maintain process control paperwork and ensure metal detector checks are done.
- Make necessary adjustments on fillers, seal bar temperature, and pressure.
- Operate packaging-related equipment such as conveyors and hand jacks.
- Set up and break down machines, ensuring proper cleaning and sanitation.
- Train new employees and general laborers on duties.
- Report unsafe work conditions and safety issues to management.
- Perform general labor duties as assigned.
- 1+ year of Machine Operator experience.
- Strong mechanical skills and knowledge of machines.
- Ability to stand, walk, turn, and squat throughout the day.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Flexible schedule with overtime availability.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
