Key Responsibilities:
- Handle sales and use tax reporting.
- Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy across ledgers.
- Prepare and post journal entries.
- Process billing and apply customer payments.
- Manage general ledger payables.
- Assist with payroll tasks.
- Prepare financial statements and reports.
- Support special projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’ s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred).
- Bilingual Chinese/English – required.
- 3+ years of experience in bookkeeping.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks.
- Ability to multitask and collaborate in a team environment.
