Primary Staffing Inc. is seeking an experienced and driven Branch Manager to lead operations at our Bolingbrook, Illinois location. The Branch Manager will oversee recruiting operations, manage team performance, and support business growth by strengthening partnerships with existing clients and identifying new opportunities in the market.

Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Recruiters and Onsite Supervisors
- Drive branch performance, productivity, and profitability
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market presence
- Ensure recruiting quality, compliance standards, and client satisfaction
- Monitor KPIs, billable hours, and team performance metrics
- Support operational efficiency and ensure branch goals are met
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or branch operations leadership
- Proven experience managing teams and driving performance results
- Strong business development and relationship-building skills
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- $55,000 – $65,000 annually (based on experience)
