Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the manager or assigned staff to complete all tasks.
- Develop tools and methods for desktop research and gather information through surveys or client and staff interactions.
- Collect and analyze data to identify consumer trends.
- Research consumer opinions and marketing strategies, suggesting adjustments as needed.
- Prepare marketing proposals and presentations based on company needs.
- Monitor and manage social media platforms, adjusting outreach tactics accordingly.
- Attend and participate in meetings, workshops, events, and exhibitions.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and suppliers on behalf of management.
- Update documents and sales records.
- Review sales performance against targets.
- Support sales processes and assist in negotiations.
- Identify weaknesses and suggest improvements.
- Keep detailed logs and present findings to staff and stakeholders.
- College diploma or MBA preferred.
- Degree in sales, marketing, business, or similar may be required.
- Strong self-motivation.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Proficiency in English required.
- Ability to handle rejection professionally.
- Ability to remain calm in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance.
