Job Description
We’re hiring a Meat Cutter to join our team! If you have experience handling meat, understand food safety protocols, and enjoy delivering excellent service, this role could be a great fit. You’ll be responsible for cutting, trimming, preparing, and packaging meat products while keeping a clean and safe work area.

- Select, inspect, and handle fresh meat according to quality standards.
- Cut and portion meat into specific cuts for sale or packaging.
- Prepare value-added products such as sausages, hamburgers, and seasoned meats.
- Properly label and package products to ensure freshness and traceability.
- Use refrigeration systems to store products at appropriate temperatures.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all tools, workstations, and equipment.
- Assist and guide customers with cut selection, cooking tips, and product information.
What You Need:
- Previous experience in meat cutting, butchering, or food production.
- Familiarity with food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work well in a fast-paced team environment.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be reliable, proactive, and safety-minded.
