Job Description
We are looking for a Call Center Representative specializing in machinery support. This role is vital for providing exceptional customer service and technical assistance for our product line. Located onsite, this position is perfect for individuals passionate about technology and customer care.
Responsibilities:
- Offer first-line support for customer inquiries about machinery, including troubleshooting and guidance.
- Complete an extensive training program to gain deep product knowledge and service skills.
- Record customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.

Requirements:
