Position: Area Inside Sales Representative
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $65,000–$75,000 (based on experience) + uncapped commission
We are seeking an Area Inside Sales Representative (ASR) responsible for generating revenue, managing customer relationships, and expanding the customer base within an assigned territory. This role requires a consultative sales approach by preparing comprehensive offers and technical solutions for both new and existing clients. The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, entrepreneurial mindset, passion for their work, and strong teamwork skills.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities within the assigned area.
  • Continuously generate revenue and support overall sales growth.
  • Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Act as the liaison between the company and customers, supporting active and upcoming projects.
  • Develop and execute a personal sales strategy, including time and territory planning.
  • Manage the sales pipeline to ensure achievement of targets.
  • Maximize in-person customer visits to understand needs and provide support on current and future projects.
  • Use a consultative sales approach to add value throughout the sales cycle.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication.
  • Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
  • Update pipeline, revenue forecasts, and customer communication daily using MAS software.
  • Continuously expand knowledge of scaffolding products, services, and applications.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Understanding of sales processes, contract terms, and B2B environments.
  • Experience selling to trade professionals, subcontractors, or service providers (commercial, industrial, or restoration industries).
  • Ability to identify key stakeholders and high-potential customers.
  • Strong ability to generate business independently while collaborating with team members when needed.
  • Self-motivated, competitive, resilient, and results-oriented.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities.
  • Effective time and resource management.
  • Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new software (MAS).
