Role Overview:
Oversee all operational aspects of the branch, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of staffing services to our clients. Your leadership and strategic decision-making will be crucial in driving the growth and success of our branch.
- Leadership & Team Management: Inspire a team of recruiters and support staff, set performance targets, and provide the guidance necessary for them to excel.
- Client Relationship Management: Nurture strong relationships with key clients and prospects, understand their staffing needs, and provide tailored solutions to exceed their expectations.
- Staffing Operations: Supervise the recruitment process while ensuring compliance with all legal and industry regulations.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, collaborate with the sales team on development strategies, and participate in industry events to expand the client base.
Requirements:
- Experience & Education: Minimum 1 year of experience in the staffing industry, with a focus on recruitment and client management. A Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or a related field is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Sound understanding of employment laws and regulations is preferred.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for recruitment and reporting.
