Join our family at a top-tier cleaning products company based in Chicago as our new Customer Service Representative. If you're passionate about providing excellent client service we might have a place for you in our team.
What You'll Do:- Handle incoming calls with the highest level of courtesy.
- Navigate the ERP system to answer customer queries efficiently.
- Process orders accurately by understanding customer's purchase orders.
- Handle customer complaints and seek necessary help for resolution
What We Need:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in basic computer skills
- Good organization skills with the ability to work independently
- Regular attendance and punctuality
- Experience with Quick Books is a plus
- Bilingual candidates are welcomed
