Job Description
We are currently hiring Double Blender Mixers for a long-term opportunity. This is a hands-on, physically active role in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. Mixer experience is not required, as associates will be trained on-site.This position is ideal for candidates with a Material Handler or heavy lifting background who are dependable, safety-focused, and interested in building a stable long-term career.

Responsibilities
- Assist in food production, mixing, and batch preparation
- Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs consistently
- Follow production formulas and work instructions
- Perform basic math calculations as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow food safety and quality standards
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Operate forklifts (or be willing to be trained)
- Work safely around food-processing machinery
- Must speak and read English
- Ability to consistently lift up to 50 lbs (primary requirement)
- Reliable transportation
- Must pass a 7-year background check
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Basic math skills
- Punctual, dependable, and professional attitude
- Material Handler or heavy labor experience preferred
- Forklift experience preferred (or willingness to learn)
- Strong safety mindset and interest in long-term employment
