You'll assist drivers in delivering tortillas to restaurants and stores, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries while providing excellent customer service.

- Assist drivers in loading and unloading delivery trucks.
- Verify and organize delivery items to ensure accuracy before departure.
- Deliver tortillas to restaurants, stores, and other customer locations, ensuring timely and efficient service.
- Handle invoices, receipts, and other paperwork accurately, ensuring proper documentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle during and after each route.
- Communicate professionally with customers, addressing any questions or concerns.
- Assist with mapping and navigating delivery routes to avoid delays.
- Follow safety protocols when handling products and during vehicle stops.
- Perform general labor tasks such as carrying, lifting, and stacking items.
- Support drivers in addressing on-the-road issues or changes to the delivery schedule.
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing 25-50 lbs.
- Frequent bending, reaching, and standing throughout the shift.
- Comfortable working in various weather conditions during deliveries.
- Previous experience in delivery assistance, warehouse work, or customer service is a plus.
- Steel toe boots are required.
