Key Responsibilities:

• Machine Mastery: Ensure the optimal run of equipment, execute preventive and corrective maintenance, and contribute to Kaizen initiatives.
• Downtime Detective: Delve into root cause analyses, identify recurrent issues, and strategize solutions.
• All-rounder Maintenance: Span your expertise across blending, packaging, utilities, and more.
• Process Pioneer: Innovate and refine processes, routines, and systems, ensuring the quality of the product remains uncompromised.
• Tech Support: Provide pivotal technical guidance to the Engineering and Production teams, elevating the manufacturing prowess of the company.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records and craft necessary reports while adhering to good manufacturing practices (GMPs).

What We Seek:

• Experience: A solid 5-year experience in machines and maintenance. A Maintenance Certificate is a cherry on top.
• Physical Readiness: Be geared for extended periods of standing, climbing, bending, and being capable of lifting (up to 80 pounds).
