Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Field Service Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring that drug dispensing machines are always in top working condition to support the vital work of pharmacists, doctors, and nurses.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver routine preventive maintenance and respond to on-call service requests within assigned areas.
  • Provide maintenance services for machines and assist with new product support when needed.
  • Install machines, coordinate with movers, electricians, and low voltage teams during setup, and address any product quality concerns with the Field Service Manager or Customer Service team.
  • Train customers on system operations and basic maintenance.
  • Repair small machine parts and manage part shipments to customers.
  • Keep track of crash kit inventory and maintain accountability.
  • Complete required paperwork, such as service work orders and expense reports, promptly.

Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electrical, or Electronics is preferred but not required.
  • Experience in a dynamic, on-call service environment is a plus.
  • Strong technical or mechanical engineering background, such as in Automotive, HVAC, Electrical, Machining & Manufacturing, related military experience, or 1-3 years of experience with electro-mechanical products.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively, building trust and satisfaction with customers.
  • Experience reading and interpreting blueprints and diagrams is an advantage.
