Job Description
We are looking for a Production Associate to join our food packaging team. This role involves accurately labeling, portioning, and meal-bagging ingredients as per specified measurements and guidelines provided by the leadership team.
Responsibilities:
- Label packaging at a standard rate.
- Pay strong attention to detail during the meal bagging/kitting process.
- Transition between various tasks including shipping, as needed.
- Work efficiently to meet shipping goals, maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Adhere to all General Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and facility cleanliness standards.
- Support food safety systems and quality programs.
- Follow safety guidelines, including proper lifting techniques.
Requirements:
- 6+ months experience in a production/warehouse environment preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively as a team.
- Willingness to work in refrigerated conditions (~38⁰F) for extended periods.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds, with frequent lifting/carrying of objects up to 25 pounds.
