Job Description
We are currently hiring a Bilingual Fulfillment Associate to support order processing and fulfillment operations for an e-commerce and wholesale distribution company specializing in fragrance and bath & body products.This role is ideal for a reliable, detail-oriented individual who can work independently and stay organized in a small team environment.

Pay Rate: $17.00 – $18.00/hr (based on experience)

Responsibilities
- Review incoming orders using company systems
- Print packing slips and shipping labels
- Pick and pack small customer orders accurately
- Mark completed orders in the system
- Maintain accuracy in order processing and packaging
- Keep work area clean, organized, and efficient
- Communicate with team members and supervisors in English and Spanish
Requirements
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) required
- Experience in warehouse, packing, shipping, or fulfillment preferred
- Basic computer skills required (Shopify is a plus)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Comfortable working in a small team environment
- Ability to lift 25–35 lbs occasionally
- Steel-toe shoes not required (recommended)
