Job Description
Now Hiring: General Laborer – Full Time
Join a company that values precision, teamwork, and strong work ethic. We're looking for a reliable General Laborer to support production and packaging tasks in a hands-on role.
Responsibilities:
• Transfer product from 55-gallon drums into smaller containers (quarts, gallons, 5-gallon pails)
• Fill and repair boxes for shipment
• Package marketing button parts (fronts, backs, pinned backs) into boxes or fiber drums
• Read and follow work orders accurately
• Measure using a ruler and manage product quantities
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
• Perform general warehouse duties as assigned
Requirements:
• Ability to read and write in English
• Comfortable lifting up to 46 lbs occasionally
• Good attendance record
• Comfortable with numbers and measuring tools
• Full-time availability, Monday to Friday schedule
