Job Description

- Lead HR strategies and processes across the organization
- Design and manage recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
- Oversee payroll coordination, compliance, and training
- Promote a positive company culture and resolve employee relations issues
- Develop and maintain performance management and staff development programs
- Manage employee benefits, legal compliance, and HR policies
- Collaborate with executives, payroll/accounting teams, and department managers
- Monitor and report on HR metrics to support business decisions
- Recommend and implement improvements in HR operations
Qualifications
- 6–8 years of experience in HR or related fields
- Proven HR management or senior HR professional experience
- Experience in China manufacturing environments required
- Experience in virtual, multi-location settings preferred
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR systems, and best practices
- Skilled in recruitment, performance management, and training
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- BS/MS degree in HR or related field preferred
