Job Description
We are seeking a Production Worker responsible for converting, labeling, and packaging pressure-sensitive films, linerboard, wipers, sundries, and manually manufactured products. This role requires operating machinery, maintaining product quality, and ensuring a clean work environment.

Responsibilities:
- Perform machine setups to start production cycles, ensuring safe and efficient operation.
- Operate various machinery, including rewinders, slitters, sealers, baggers, bailers, chop saws, pallet jacks, and shrink-wrap machines.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure product quality throughout production cycles.
- Box, bag, sleeve, and palletize finished products.
- Keep records of approved and defective products, including counting, measuring, and weighing.
- Participate in quarterly or annual physical inventory.
- Follow safety protocols and communicate with supervisors and team members regularly.
- Assist with special projects and other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to operate various machinery and tools, including pallet jacks, shrink-wrap machines, and chop saws.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to read and comprehend instructions.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work on multiple tasks.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) is preferred.
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and move objects up to 65 lbs.
- Tolerance for inclement weather, including excessive heat and cold.
