Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resource Coordinator to support and facilitate HR processes across all business locations. This role interacts daily with employees, assisting with HR systems, employee communications, payroll support, and administrative functions.The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and capable of working independently while maintaining strong communication and compliance standards.

- Complete assigned HR projects
- Act as back-up to the Payroll Manager for weekly payroll processing
- Respond to employee questions and employment verification requests
- Audit and maintain I-9 documentation compliance
- Assist with performance review preparation and tracking
- Maintain and update job descriptions
- Audit time clock systems and collaborate with supervisors for updates
- Perform clerical duties (copying, scanning, mailing, filing)
- Prepare new hire folders and employee files
- Assist in organizing employee events
- Maintain training database and coordinate annual compliance training
- Manage and update electronic communication boards and signage
- Update and maintain HR documents in MS SharePoint
- Manage leave requests, approvals, and related communication
- Review company policies and communications for compliance and effectiveness
- Bachelor’ s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Proactive and able to work independently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (SharePoint, PowerPoint, Publisher)
- Ability to sit for prolonged periods and work at a computer
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
