Job Description
We are currently hiring a Maintenance Technician to support daily operations in a fast-paced industrial environment.
This role is ideal for a hands-on professional with experience in mechanical, electrical, and facility maintenance who can ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime. You will play a key role in maintaining production efficiency, performing preventative maintenance, and supporting plant operations.

This role is ideal for a hands-on professional with experience in mechanical, electrical, and facility maintenance who can ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime. You will play a key role in maintaining production efficiency, performing preventative maintenance, and supporting plant operations.
Responsibilities
- Maintain mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Perform daily safety checks and equipment inspections
- Respond to service calls and emergency maintenance issues
- Develop and follow weekly maintenance plans
- Prepare daily reports and monthly preventative maintenance schedules
- Communicate with Plant Manager to minimize downtime
- Coordinate maintenance activities without disrupting production
- Order, stock, and manage inventory of parts and tools
- Provide monthly cost reduction recommendations
- Coordinate with external maintenance vendors and services
- Prepare facility for audits and vendor visits
- Operate forklifts and lifting equipment as needed
Requirements
- Ability to perform multiple skilled trades (mechanical, electrical, plumbing)
- Experience using tools, machinery, and maintenance equipment
- Welding experience required
- Strong electrical aptitude
- Ability to perform physically demanding work
- Ability to detect issues and complete repairs independently
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to respond to emergency situations
- Comfortable working in confined spaces and at heights (up to 30 ft)
- Experience operating forklifts and jib cranes
- Basic computer skills
- Overtime and weekend availability as needed
