Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented MRO Inventory Clerk to manage Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) inventory. This role ensures that maintenance teams always have the necessary parts and supplies to support efficient operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventories to ensure accurate stock levels.
  • Sort, organize, and label items for easy access and proper storage (bins, shelves, racks).
  • Use computer systems and specialized software to track inventory, record part usage, and compile reports.
  • Serve as a point of contact for vendors, source parts, and coordinate deliveries.
  • Assist with shipping parts out for repair and preparing kits for planned maintenance.

Skills & Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1 year preferred (MRO or stockroom experience ideal).
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Proficiency with computers and inventory management software preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain an orderly workspace.
  • Must communicate clearly with internal teams, vendors, and supervisors; proficiency in English required.
  • Takes initiative, identifies issues, and works independently.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $20/hour
Language: Must speak English
