Job Description
We are currently hiring General Laborers to support operations in a foundry manufacturing environment.
This is a hands-on, physically demanding role ideal for candidates who are safety-focused, reliable, and comfortable working in high-temperature industrial settings. You will play a key role in supporting casting operations, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring a safe and efficient production process.

This is a hands-on, physically demanding role ideal for candidates who are safety-focused, reliable, and comfortable working in high-temperature industrial settings. You will play a key role in supporting casting operations, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring a safe and efficient production process.
ResponsibilitiesSafety & Compliance
- Wear all required PPE and follow safety protocols at all times
- Report any safety concerns immediately
- Prepare casting lines, troughs, and inline equipment
- Remove slag and impurities during the skimming process
- Monitor and adjust casting flow and speed as needed
- Ensure ingots meet size and quality specifications
- Apply coating to casting molds following procedures
Casting & Handling
- Stack, weigh, and stencil ingots and materials accurately
- Safely remove knockout pins during casting
- Assist in sow pouring and apply water safely
- Transport materials using chains and proper lifting techniques
- Operate forklifts to move materials to designated areas
Quality & Maintenance
- Maintain production quality and accuracy
- Keep work areas clean and free of obstructions
- Maintain aisles, walkways, and workspaces safe and organized
Requirements
- Willingness to work in a foundry environment (hot/cold conditions)
- Ability to follow strict safety protocols and wear PPE
- Ability to perform physically demanding work
- Ability to monitor processes and respond quickly to issues
- Basic understanding of production or manufacturing processes (preferred)
- Forklift experience (plus)
- Reliable and safety-oriented
