Job Description
Are you ready to take the lead in a fast-paced production environment? As a Line Leader, you’ll oversee the production line, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met. Your role will be essential in ensuring smooth operations and helping the team perform at their best. If you have experience in a similar role and can effectively communicate in English, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate production line activities to meet daily goals and targets.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times, addressing any concerns immediately.
• Maintain quality standards and inspect products during production to ensure specifications are met.
• Monitor performance and report on line productivity, identifying areas for improvement.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth workflow.
• Train and guide operators on proper procedures and techniques.
• Ensure equipment is properly maintained and functioning to minimize downtime.
• Handle any issues or concerns from team members, escalating to management as necessary.
• Assist with inventory control and supply management on the production line.
Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Line Leader or in production is preferred.
• Ability to communicate in English effectively (both written and verbal).
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and practices in a production setting.
• Basic computer skills to handle reports and documentation.
