Job Description
We are looking for a Production Manager to oversee all phases of production at a personal care manufacturing company. This role manages equipment, personnel, materials, and product quality across a 2-shift, 5-day operation.

- Supervise all activities related to molding and packaging production.
- Ensure the production schedule meets the required supply to fulfill customer demand.
- Implement process improvements to optimize quality and reduce costs.
- Guarantee compliance with cGMP, FDA, OSHA, EPA, and company KPIs.
- Manage production resources, equipment, and personnel according to standards.
- Analyze facility capacity, staffing, and operations.
- Collaborate daily with QA, HR, planning, engineering, training, and leadership teams.
- Help set factory goals, budgets, labor plans, and support leadership when needed.
- Provide labor and budget forecasts to support operations and cost control.
- Drive capital project planning and cost-reduction initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’ s in Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 7– 10 years of experience in production and supervisory roles.
- Strong leadership and communication skills (verbal/written).
- Technical expertise in high-speed filling and packaging equipment.
- Experience with lean manufacturing, costing, and FDA/ISO environments.
- Previous work in pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, or personal care preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office and tech-savvy.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management.
- Creative, adaptable, independent, and a team player.
