Job Description
Responsibilities
- Foster a collaborative team environment and uphold company core values.
- Handle special assignments from management.
- Consistently meet company safety goals.
- Report to General Affairs Manager and Assistant Manager.
- Identify and resolve problems proactively to prevent future issues.
- Motivate team members with clear, consistent communication.
- Build and maintain trust in all internal and external relationships.
- Manage office setup including furniture and supplies procurement.
- Oversee janitorial vendor and office supply purchasing.
- Assist in coordinating company events and activities.
- Support expatriates with lease contracts, school admissions, SSN or driver’s license processes, and mobile phone billing.
- Translate and interpret written materials as needed.
- Distribute daily mail and packages.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- ERP experience preferred.
