Job Description
Looking for a reliable and hardworking Cleaner to maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. The Cleaner will be responsible for keeping production areas, offices, and common spaces sanitary and in compliance with company health and safety standards.

- Clean and sanitize floors, surfaces, and equipment in production areas.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and disinfect floors and surfaces.
- Empty trash and recycling bins; ensure proper waste disposal.
- Clean restrooms, break rooms, and common areas regularly.
- Refill supplies (paper towels, soap, etc.) in restrooms and break rooms.
- Clean windows, doors, and walls as needed.
- Report any repairs, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor.
- Follow cleaning schedules and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Keep track of cleaning supply inventory and request restock when needed.
- Safely operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums and floor scrubbers.
- Assist with cleaning after special events or meetings.
- Follow all company health and safety guidelines.
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Experience in cleaning, janitorial, or sanitation (especially in manufacturing) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and stay organized.
- Knowledge of cleaning products and safe handling practices.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Basic understanding of workplace safety.
- Detail-oriented and proactive.
- Good time management and reliability.
- Able to follow schedules and instructions.
- Strong communication skills to report issues or hazards promptly.
