Job Description
Join as a Maintenance Planner in Hodgkins and play an important role in keeping operations running smoothly. We are seeking an organized, proactive professional who can support maintenance scheduling, coordinate priorities, and help reduce downtime in a busy production setting. Responsibilities include planning maintenance activities, tracking work orders, supporting parts and resource coordination, and helping ensure preventive maintenance tasks are completed on time.
A background in maintenance, planning, or industrial operations is preferred, along with strong communication and follow-through.

- 5 years of related experience (Food manufacturing)
- Ability to lift 15–20 lbs
- Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish)
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Familiarity with CMMS systems
