Job Responsibilities
- Assisting with the assembly and preparation of battery-related and electronics-related components
- Moving materials and supplies to keep production lines running efficiently
- Supporting material handling and general warehouse flow throughout the shift
- Performing visual quality inspections and reporting damaged or defective items
- Using basic tools, equipment, scanners, or assigned workstations as instructed
- Helping maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Working closely with supervisors, leads, quality teams, and logistics staff to meet production goals
- Previous experience in manufacturing, general labor, warehouse, assembly, or production work
- Good attention to detail, especially for inspection and quality-related tasks
- Bilingual skills in English/Spanish or Korean/English are helpful, but not required
- This position is based in a manufacturing and production environment in Matteson, IL. Work may involve repetitive motion, standing for extended periods, and supporting a busy production floor.
- Stand for 8 to 12 hours depending on shift length
- Lift up to 50 lbs as needed
- Bend, reach, stoop, and move materials throughout the workday
- Perform repeated hand and arm movements during assembly, inspection, and handling tasks
- 12-hour full-time hours available
- Shifts may include 1st shift, 2nd shift, rotating schedules
- Steel-toe boots are required before reporting to work
- Additional PPE may be required depending on the assignment
- All employees must follow OSHA guidance and site-specific safety rules
