Primary Staffing is hiring Production Workers for a manufacturing facility in Matteson, Illinois. Key Responsibilities
- Assemble battery and electronic components according to work instructions
- Use basic tools and production equipment as needed
- Feed materials to the line and support production flow
- Inspect products visually to identify defects or quality concerns
- Move materials and support warehouse-related tasks
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow PPE, OSHA, and client-specific safety requirements
- Work alongside supervisors, quality personnel, and logistics teams to support daily production goals
Requirements
- Ability to stand for 8 to 12 hours
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Repetitive hand and arm movement
- Bending, stooping, and reaching throughout the shift
- Steel-toe boots required
- Manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and product quality
- Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply
Work Schedule
- Full-time, 12-hour shifts
- Overtime may be available based on production needs
- 1st shift, 2nd shift, or rotating shifts may be available
