Job Description
A leading print & packaging manufacturer in Naperville, IL is hiring a Shipping/Receiving Clerk with strong computer skills and 100% English fluency. If you’re detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and ready for a fast-paced environment, this full-time role offers weekly pay, stable hours, and room to grow within a busy production facility.
Pay: $20–$23/hr (based on interview results and experience)
Schedule: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Full-time)Note: Must be familiar with sit-down forklift operations due to continuous contact with forklift drivers in the facility.

Responsibilities
- Generate and print shipping labels, bills of lading, and packing lists
- Schedule pickups and communicate with carriers & drivers via phone, email, chat, and other channels
- Scan, track, and update orders in the system
- Verify counts and inspect packaging of incoming and outgoing products
- Record shipment data in Excel / ERP for reporting and billing
- Maintain an organized shipping/receiving area and follow all safety protocols
- Fluent English (written & spoken) – mandatory
- Spanish fluent (Bilingual) – required
- Strong computer skills
- STB required
- Drug test required
- 1+ year of experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse is a plus
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand/walk during the shift
- Reliable transportation to Naperville and punctual attendance
